I am the founder of the purpose-led consultancy Impact Dragonfly. I work with businesses, institutions, and communities to engage with sustainability in a meaningful and practical way. This is done through tailored workshops, strategic coaching and collaborative design experiences, helping my clients connect sustainability with everyday decisions, long-term planning and positive impact.

I’ve been in the leadership, organization and culture development space for more than 25 years. I enjoy partnering leaders and organizations to pursue disruptive approaches to address challenges and opportunities.

I am a corporate banker with 10+ years of experience across commodities and corporates in the Asia Pacific region having worked with banks across cultures - European, Middle - East and Japanese. This has allowed me to understand different perspectives on how culture can have an impact on thought processes.

My first job was with a major consulting company in Japan. I appreciated my time there, but was always yearning to do something with a greater direct impact, and something that gives me a greater sense of purpose. I am blessed to have the opportunity to travel the world, and be exposed to different perspectives, ways of living and available alternatives!

A series of serendipitous events led to the founding of merchandise.blue with two highly experienced and interesting friends. Merchandise.blue offered merchandise like uniforms, towels and bags in more environmentally progressive textiles made of materials like seaweed, organic cotton and recycled fishing nets. 

When the opportunity to open Kizuna arose, it was clear that I wanted to apply similar values and principles to this physical space.

I work at the intersection of sustainability and technology, focusing on redesigning materials, reshaping electronic components, and rethinking manufacturing processes to embed sustainability at the core of innovation. My mission is to help individuals and organizations craft actionable sustainability strategies that create meaningful impact for the planet, for people, and for long-term business resilience.

With a strong foundation in electronics engineering, materials science, and additive manufacturing, I am deeply committed to developing a sustainable material library for next-generation electronics, along with flexible and degradable devices tailored for healthcare applications. My work has led to numerous novel solutions addressing the global challenges of e-waste, circularity, and green materials.

In addition to my academic and research roles, I bring hands-on entrepreneurship experience. I’ve co-founded ventures such as Thrivescape, which offers sustainable technology solutions; Convalesce Labs, focused on mental health innovation; and Bitsem, which develops treatments to prevent muscle wasting. These endeavors reflect my passion for building future-ready, human-centered solutions across disciplines.

I'm a French sustainability changemaker based in Tokyo. After 15 years in public policy for the French government, I moved to Japan in 2016. Initially at the French Embassy, I then joined the private sector to accelerate corporate sustainability mindsets.

In 2024, I launched Ichigo Bloom, a collective of freelance facilitators offering sustainability education in Japan.

I'm a freelance facilitator and I provide training, advisory and policy advocacy services to businesses on sustainability, climate change, ESG, circular economy, and related topics. With 33 years of experience, I held roles in India as a CSO in the JSW Group, Principal Counsellor on Sustainability with India's apex industry body CII, and Manager - Sustainability with Procter & Gamble.

Among other achievements, I pioneered Asia’s 1st Sustainability Awards, organised all events at COP-8, created the India Business & Biodiversity Initiative, set up the green building movement in India and co-created the world’s 1st ESG index for emerging economies (S&P).

I have a PhD and MTech in Environmental Engineering (IIT Bombay), and MSc in Environmental Sciences (JNU).

I am driven by Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy that "the difference between what we do and what we are capable of doing would suffice to solve most of the world’s problems". My work through my company Sustainpath is at the intersection of People, Planet and Profit – the Triple Bottom Line (TBL).  

With a foundation in software engineering, I've journeyed through agile coaching to conscious leadership and systems thinking. Now, I guide organizations through complex transformations — agile, sustainability, and AI — by fostering human-centric approaches and systemic understanding. I am absolutely convinced that the solutions to our current global predicaments do not primarily lie in "doing" more or focusing solely on actions. Instead, I believe the answers are found in our "beingness" — our mindsets and underlying belief systems. Addressing our challenges effectively requires a fundamental shift in consciousness. Once that internal shift occurs, the right actions will naturally follow. Simply starting with "doing" or concentrating too much on technical solutions, without this deeper shift, won't lead us to the desired outcomes.

My name is Tali Goldman and I am a mother, entrepreneur and businesswoman. I strongly believe that businesses have a responsibility to make a positive impact through their products and services, and that corporations are in the best position to drive this change while delivering on business objectives.

To this end, I have established Market for Good with two key objectives in mind. Firstly, I aim to help corporations implement ESG goals by using their purchasing power to empower. I also aim to enable social organizations to scale up and make a sustainable impact.

I founded Liberty Society, a social enterprise of eco & impactful B2B merchandise & hampers that empowers marginalized women. Because of my passion to combine profit and purpose, my previous experiences in the intersection of corporations and nonprofits include being Head of Acquisition at Yuna&Co, Partnership manager at Digitaraya, a Google for Startup Accelerator, and Director of Second Chance, a non profit initiative focusing on child sponsorship & micro financing poor households.

I graduated from Biola University, double majoring in Sociology (Social Justice emphasis) and Communication Studies. I also mentor & consult for youth-led NGOs and social projects working for refugee groups, disaster relief, and rural community development.

Hi! I’m Tanvi, the founder of Greenairy. I studied robotics and design engineering, and later did a Master’s focused on plant-based air purification (phytoremediation). I’ve spent the last 4 years building nature and tech solutions to improve indoor air, and inspire youth to care about the planet.

I also enjoy hikes and escape rooms :)

I am currently the co-founder of Vidacity, a new entrepreneurship ecosystem that aims to bring together startups, businesses, investors, and the community to drive innovation and tackle sustainability challenges.

Prior to Vidacity, I worked in large organizations (HP, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Whirlpool Corporation, Optus/ Singtel) in several capacities but mostly managing and implementing sizeable projects.

My most recent role was to support Accenture to embed a sustainability mindset internally.

I am Thibaut, French bald since 26 & bold since forever! Right now, I am the CEO of The Transmutation Principle. 

I come from an IT & software agency background, so deeply into B2B and old-fashioned processes. I came to realize that sustainability cannot be only about consumers and half-hearted measures. I also realized IT sustainability was highly underrated and not understood by most companies. It came as quite a surprise for me, since I always considered IT sustainability to be one of the best ways to merge both ROI & sustainability to make the latter sound acceptable, actionable, and realistic. Having seen that, I wanted to make a change in my own way. 

My dedication came from the desire to be able to look my future kids in the eye and tell them that I tried to make the world a better place. 

I co-founded The Transmutation Principle, a Singapore-based consultancy, to support businesses in their quest for impact through actionable and tailor-made sustainability & ESG programs.

Raised in Egypt and trained as an engineer in France and Australia, I began my career in management consulting before moving into international development, leading education projects in the Philippines and Cambodia. I’ve always been drawn to working across sectors, be it in social innovation, education, culture, or sustainability, seeking out roles that are both meaningful and impactful. Today, I focus my efforts on sustainability, driven by a strong sense of purpose and urgency. I aim to bring a practical perspective to complex challenges and contribute to shaping pathways toward more resilient, inclusive, and desirable futures.

I am a change management practitioner with more than 12 years of experience in this field. In this context I have accompanied various initiatives to drive operational excellence, to improve cross-silo collaboration, and strengthen leadership qualities. In addition, I accompanied companies to establish new strategies, values and behaviours with the result to nudge cultures.

With Hive17, I focus on supporting companies along their sustainability journey. Key questions are how are the targets & strategies implemented across the organisation? And how can we create a culture that leads to success in sustainability.

Tomo is a seasoned development professional having lived and worked in various corners of the world from the Tibetan plateau, Indian drylands, Indonesian tropics, to Japanese metropolises. He has extensive field experience working for international and local development NGOs across Asia and Africa, including Kopernik, the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, and the World Bank. He was formerly an Assistant Professor at the Global Leadership Program at the University of Tokyo.

Tomo has a BA in Social Anthropology from Harvard College, a Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and was an Asia Pacific Leadership Program Fellow (2008) and Innovation Fellow (2020) at the East-West Center. In 2014 Tomo was awarded the Dalai Lama’s Unsung Heroes of Compassion Award.

Vandana founded Happy Universe LLP in 2017 and has since made a transformative impact across Southeast Asia — fostering environmental awareness and sustainable practices among younger generations to help shape a more responsible, conscious future.

Today, Vandana continues her mission in a new capacity — transitioning from founder to strategic advisor, where she brings her insights and experience to support purpose-driven initiatives focused on climate, community, and education.

Virgile is an academic researcher who works for the CNRS (France). For 13 years, he headed an international collaborative lab between CNRS and NUS (National University of Singapore) at the mechanobiology institute. He was in charge of the transition towards more sustainable laboratory practices in the institute. He implemented various actions covering CO2 emission monitoring, energy efficiency, reduction of consumables usage, waste management and awareness.

With 9+ years of experience at Procter & Gamble, I am a leader with a proven track record of working with C-suite and upper management to create and execute sustainability strategies for multimillion-dollar & billion-dollar business. I have experience in cross-cultural collaboration with people in different countries, with internal as well as external (vendors, retailers, etc) partners.

I have been recognised for identifying projects, creating, and leading teams to execute and enable value creation while continuing to decarbonise.

I have certification in SCR (Sustainability and Climate Risk) and GRI standards. I studied my Masters in Conservation Biology.

I am the founder of Upcircle, a startup that makes it easy for the community to participate in the circular economy. Upcircle also works with property management companies and grassroots leaders to divert valuable resources from households away from waste streams. As a champion of resource circularity, I leveraged my experience working in tech companies like Apple and Siemens, to launch an app that enables peer-to-peer crowdsourcing of materials. The app successfully grew to 1,200 registered users with more than 100 listed projects within 3 months of launch, enabling more than 1,000 units of items transacted.

I am Willoughby Niki Lee, a sustainability and technology advocate with a deep commitment to community development and digital trust-building. My journey spans roles in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, where I’ve combined my expertise in engineering and AI to create impactful social initiatives. As the founder of TinkerThings Global and a trainer with Singapore International Foundation, I work to bridge technology and community needs, focusing on projects that empower youth, seniors, and underserved groups. My goal is to leverage digital tools to foster inclusivity and resilience, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals and promoting sustainable futures.

Organizing weekly beach cleanup sessions over the past three years gave Yasser a deep appreciation for both coastal and inland nature environments. Other than being an environmental advocate, he emphasizes on the value of community building, and actively connects various organizations & individuals together in the spirit of civic engagement.

Coming from a background of digital media, film-making, and digital marketing, Yen-Lyng fell into the sustainability field when she joined a waste management company as a Recycling Ambassador. During that time, she saw the many intricacies and challenges facing the very overlooked and underappreciated world of waste. So, when given the opportunity of working on a coffee recycling project, Yen-Lyng jumped at it. She will tell you more about her why and what of coffee recycling in her sharing and the challenges of lauching sustainable projects, working with A1 Environment.

A1 Environment started in 2012 as a general recycling and paper trading company. Sustainability IS the core of the company - it is what we do. A1’s founders combined have been in the waste management industry for over half a century and the business is based on sustainability and creating a circular economy.

I have had the privilege of managing and contributing to diverse industries, organisation (Humanitarian and corporate) to secure engagement and impact. In my last role I worked in a large MNC supply chain environment engaging external partners to increase our impact in sustainability.

Zuzana is an experienced consultant specialized in enterprise-wide sustainability management and climate risk. With a strong foundation in risk management, she has worked with companies defining their sustainability strategies, implementing international frameworks (TCFD), reporting based on IFRS S2, CDP and GRI, and preparing their ESG assessments, such as EcoVadis.

She is Director at Tamotsu Institute, works as Sustainability Partner at Sustainao and volunteers at The Matcha Initiative.

She has studied Sustainability Leadership at the Imperial College of London and is certified in Sustainability and Climate Risk by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and in Recommendations of the Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosure by the TCFD.
