With 10 years of experience in the field, I help businesses develop impactful sustainability and decarbonisation strategies, embed sustainable practices into operations, and report their performance to stakeholders in a meaningful way.
Previously, I worked as a sustainability auditor at KPMG France, where I conducted audits across 15 countries within Europe, Africa, and Asia.

He is a certified TRUE Advisor (Total Resource Use Efficiency) by the U.S. Green Building Council Inc. This certification recognised his knowledge in Zero Waste programs and his ability to support businesses to achieve the TRUE Zero Waste certification.
Li Seng is the founder of Green Nudge, a social enterprise that supports businesses and communities to achieve positive environmental impact through activities such as coastal cleanups and workshops, outreach talks and sustainability consulting. By raising awareness and co-creating call-to-actions with various stakeholders on sustainability efforts, Green Nudge aims to create a normative shift in the way we create and deal with waste to achieve a low carbon, zero waste future for Singapore.
Li Seng’s previous experience in the public sector in the central bank of Singapore dealing with financial regulations, combined with his current roles in the community and social enterprise sector reinforced his belief that effective public policies need to be supported by ground-up actions and engagement. Playing an interfacing role within the tri-sector, Li Seng is able to provide sectoral knowledge through a system thinking lens to make informed decisions and strategies. He is happy to discuss disposables, sustainability of events, public education, and is familiar with corporate social responsibility and community / youth engagement.

Duncan, originally from the UK, has been based in Asia for the past 20 years. He is the Co-Founder and Design Director of reXtore, a Singapore-based circular design studio pioneering sustainable innovation in the events and exhibitions space.
Duncan is also the creator of STAXX, a revolutionary modular building system made from 100% recycled ocean-bound plastic. Designed from scratch to solve the waste challenges of temporary structures, STAXX is now helping transform how brands and organisers build — block by block — with zero tools, minimal waste, and maximum creativity.
With a background in interior architecture and project delivery across the retail, F&B, and commercial sectors throughout Asia Pacific, Duncan is passionate about rethinking how we design, build, and consume — through the lens of circularity, reusability, and impact reduction.
I am currently the co-founder of Vidacity, a new entrepreneurship ecosystem that aims to bring together startups, businesses, investors, and the community to drive innovation and tackle sustainability challenges.
Prior to Vidacity, I worked in large organizations (HP, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Whirlpool Corporation, Optus/ Singtel) in several capacities but mostly managing and implementing sizeable projects.

Graduated in IT and marketing, Nicolas started his career at SAUTER, a Swiss BMS Supplier, in the HQ in 2008 and has been a product manager for several years. After the successful launch of the first BMS Cloud in Europe, he became business developer in the APAC region in 2015. He relocated to Shanghai for 20 months to be closer to the markets, before moving to Singapore in 2018 where he created and directed the SAUTER APAC Competence Centre until June 2022. Since then, he has taken on the role of CEO at beez-fm, a green tech startup he founded in December 2019.
Raised in the Middle East by Eastern European parents, I was surrounded by layers of diversity. Extensive traveling throughout my childhood stimulated a fascination for cultures, languages and geopolitics, and I continued living a pseudo-nomadic life as an adult. While I began my career on the trading floor in NYC, I later worked in Africa, Asia, Europe and South America in diverse roles (investments, micro-finance, communications, and business development). Fluent in five languages, I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and later completed a Masters in International Affairs from Fletcher (Tufts), and have a number of Sustainability related certificates.
I am a Partner at Continewm, participating in the business development of our HVAC energy saving technology. After 20 years in Thailand pushing my own company, Woodman, specialized in the distribution of green wood solutions for buildings, I joined the Continewm team to boost the worldwide awareness and sales of this Japanese hardware.

I'm a French sustainability changemaker based in Tokyo. After 15 years in public policy for the French government, I moved to Japan in 2016. Initially at the French Embassy, I then joined the private sector to accelerate corporate sustainability mindsets.
