Sustainability is an important component of leadership and culture building. It demonstrates that leaders are walking the talk. Leadership that disregards the need for sustainability is incomplete and not in harmony with wholesome leadership.
As a consultant my focus in all that I do, and lead is about being impact focused. It guides my thinking and leadership. This is also what I continue to implement.
The main challenge is the help people see beyond themselves. This is the needed unlock that supports sustainability efforts.
The thing I am proud of most is what my clients and I have been able to achieve together and the fact that they see me as someone who is there for them.
