Adapt your infrastructure to the type and quantity of discards you generate.

This includes:

• suitable bins for collection (size and shape) which facilitate the transportation off site
• balers to save space and (possibly) to increase the resale value
• location of the bins to reduce human circulation and reduce the risk of injuries
• When dealing with putrescible waste, make sure the bin is in a well ventilated area
