In case waste management falls under your building management's responsibility, talk with your building manager to ensure collection is properly done.
At least, select proper collectors for paper and e-waste for your office and install dedicated bins.
Under the EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) on e-waste, suppliers of electronic goods have to take back and send old products to licensed recyclers.
